Please shop dealerships, not just your vehicle. This is my 6th honda and the 1st for this dealership. I love hondas, which is why I always go back. That is until now! Dealing with Jamichael was a nightmare. He was rude and condescending. I wish I would have walked out. I reach out to the general manager the next day and was told I would receive a call. It never came. When I did respond to a survey from honda I was called the next day. I was then told it would hurt my sales guy, who was good and not Jamicheal. I said that was not fair,so I would change the survey. I was then offered floormats and my paperwork that I had not received. When I arrived I was treated rudely again. I'm pretty easy going and do not like conflict, so this has been a horrible experience for me.

Having bought many cars in my life the so called Service
Having bought many cars in my life the so called Service at Wesley Chapel Honda is hands down the worst I have encountered. Brand new car needed two major parts. Was told a couple of days. Three weeks later nothing. No calls no parts. I really also question whether the parts are on ordered or needed. No communications at all. Even tried to reach out to our salesman, no help. My opinion buy a Lexus or go somewhere else to get your Honda and service. DON’T GO TO THIS MESS

Lowballed for my trade in.
Lowballed for my trade in. They didnt even open a door to look inside. Needless to say, i grabbed my keys, thanked the man for his time and walked out.
