I was looking for a new car first I visited the Honda
I was looking for a new car first I visited the Honda dealer on Wesley Chapel after 20 minutes I left this is when Anthony from Tampa Honda calI me and he said I know you’re looking for new car because they already pull your credit on the other Honda dealer we can beat their price at least $1000 can you stop by the dealer, after few hours a salesman name D’Angelo call me and told me to stop at the dealer I when we got there we got into new 2025 Honda Pilot Black edition i. Our deal we had the dealer to pay off our remaining balance of $10100 to Campus USA our finance was Matthew, your dealership informed me that the payoff for the BMW X5 would take 10 days. Upon further inquiry, I was then advised it would take 20 days. We are now 25 days into this matter. I have not encountered such delays with any other dealership regarding the payoff of a trade-in vehicle, having purchased approximately 15 cars before visiting your establishment. I am concerned that these delays, which appear to be at your dealership's discretion, may negatively impact my credit. I been in contact with the salesman and finance guy asking for the GM to give a call and no one call me

Not sure I understood what a $1,199 pre delivery service charge fee was for in my financed amount but otherwise the experience was good
