Great experience from beginning to end. They listened and worked with me to make sure I was engaged in the process the entire time.

Shawn was for polite and friendly. But we did not like how the vehicle was delivered and the touch screen was not working and they never told us it was a smoker so all they all they did was put air freshener. And so when we took it back to look at the screen we had them detailed it and it still smells. So I don't think we should have to pay to have it professional detailed and my wife and I are not happy about it. We had too take it to Hyundai to get the new screen. And the cabin filter was not change and they didn't fill the washer jug. If that is how they sell vehicles like that need to look into it. And the people who check out the vehicle not doing their job and I'm been honest
