Honda of Port Richey

We are highly disappointed in our experience with Honda Port Richey. First off, they lied online about the price of the vehicle. When we arrived, the vehicle was priced $4200 higher than it was online. I should have walked away then. After going back and forth with the salesman, we got down to the online price and agreed to pay $1000 for their “Premium Protection Plus” package. What was not shared with us was the fact that that package “comes with” an additional $1430 Appearance Protection Package” and a “$1300 “Windshield Protection.” They also slid in a $1000 “Total Loss Protection.” Everything was verbalized except those 3 charges, two of which are non-refundable. We were in there late and with our 3 year old over an hour away from home. We were tricked and taken advantage of.
