From the moment we walked into the showroom, it was obvious that the rep, Jared, really knew his stuff. We were considering both the Honda Ridgeline and Toyota Tacoma. Jared provided a fair and accurate comparison and guided us toward the lease of the Ridgeline, without making us feel pressured. It was late in the day and below freezing temps, but Jared stayed well beyond closing time to ensure we could take delivery that same day. Kudos to him for his excellent customer care and dedication! We?re so happy with our new Ridgeline!

I understand that an out of state transaction has challenges, but after making a deal on a car, a certified cashier check sat at the dealership for three days before they could clear it, and two different people had failed to tell me that I could not hire an independent transport company to deliver the vehicle. After already making the transport reservation, I was told the day before pickup that I had to use the dealerships transport company. Two days after the check cleared and having to call multiple times per day for an update, I get a "it could take up to two weeks for the vehicle to be delivered" response. I asked two different ways to speak to a manager and they just kept pushing it off to the sales rep. Finally I contacted the required transport company myself and learned that the order for the vehicle had just been submitted via the dealership a couple hours prior to my call. No one even contacted me when the vehicle was picked up at the dealership and it ended up taking 14 days from when the certified check was delivered before I received the vehicle. Very poor communication all around! Sorry , but not a good experience at all!
