BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I gave one star because they wouldn't allow negative stars or zero stars. This is the worst Honda dealership in America. Their service department is a scam that takes advantage of customers and young adults when they come in for service. They are the most dishonest people you will encounter. Everything you hear bad about a dealership happens at this location. We took our car in for 100K service, 10 days later we discover we have an issue. We return to the dealer and they will not help us and charged us for service that they didn't catch the first time. They couldn't care less about the issue. I emailed the General Manager with no response. Chatted online with a rep that said someone would reach out and never did. They took the money and moved on to the next sucker. If you're buying a car for your kids this is not the place for you. Even if you are buying a car for yourself you deserve better. Learn from my mistake, I will never buy a Honda again. Very disappointed as we are a Honda family until this. You are truly viewed as money walking in and they couldn't care less about you. I've never been a person to write negative reviews, however this was something I have never seen before.

Excelente experiencia en el dealer Honda. Desde el primer momento, Ricardo Lalaguna fue muy atento, profesional y paciente, siempre dispuesto a responder todas mis preguntas y a ayudarme a encontrar la mejor opción para mí. El proceso fue claro y sin presiones. También quiero agradecer a Alexis, del área financiera, por explicar todo con transparencia y hacer que el trámite fuera rápido y sencillo. Ambos hicieron que la experiencia de compra fuera muy positiva. Definitivamente recomiendo este dealer y su equipo si estás buscando un servicio honesto y de calidad.
