These people are crooks, if they get a better deal even after solidifying a contract they will blow you off. I had a deal signed by the sales manager of the sleaze sales person, Jennifer Simon, and tried like xxxx to give them the money and they stalled and 24 hours later when they finally got back to me they said it was sold to someone else! I was told just hold on and the finance department would call me as to how to close the deal and send the money, obviously a stall tactic while they tried to sell the car for more. NO ONE EVER called me back. Do not trust these people.

BDC department lied to me and disregarded my concerns to get me to drive to the dealership. They offered me the lowest appraisal I've gotten for my car to date, contacted me again pretending to care about my experience, offered to try and work with me and then ghosted me. Then had the nerve to have someone contact me again asking me if I was still interested in purchasing like nothing happened. Thanks for reminding me why I ended up buying through Tesla online in the first place. The only positive part of the experience was that Rafael was really nice.

I have to express my gratitude to Brickell Motors (Honda), especially to Mr. Rafael Carrizales Yerena (sales), who exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and importantly, not pushy. Mr. Carrizales knew all the details about the car I was looking for, again, never pushy, very patient with me, answering all my questions, and never pressured me into making a quick decision. I also have to mention and thank their finance manager, Mrs. Grethel, by showing all the options quickly, flexibly, and with transparency.
