I recently brought my Honda Civic in for routine
I recently brought my Honda Civic in for routine maintenance at Braman Honda, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish—thanks in large part to my service advisor, German Rojas. If I could give more than 10/10, I would! German was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable right off the bat. He listened carefully to my concerns about a minor noise I’d noticed, explained the diagnostic process in simple terms without any jargon, and kept me updated every step of the way via text and calls. The work was completed faster than estimated, and he even pointed out a couple of preventive tips to keep my car running smoothly long-term. No upselling, just genuine advice that showed he truly cares about customer satisfaction.

My service rep, Jefferson, was great--he explained everything I needed to do, answered my questions, and got me in and out in an hour! Braman keeps track of all my maintenance/repairs so I don't have to, and I trust that the work is quality.
