Awesome Customer Service from the salesman

Reviewed by Chalbert in xx CloudJune 10, 2021

I went to the dealer today to see a 2021 Ram that I was interested at that moment, Luis approached me to help me, he was very professional, honest and an excellent service, I told him (Luis) the I had a trade-in he said no problem, so I was waiting for my numbers to see where we were, everything was going very well until they showed me the numbers and they offer me $ 4,500 less than the other dealers I was speechless I told them that I had gone to another dealer and showed them the price out the door so they could see the difference and the only thing the used car manager tells me is that he don't have a market for my car, I explain to him that I had seen how much my car is worth and how much is it that a dealer can sell it and he does not care about anything, not even working the case to see if we could reach a deal, he simply tells me if I find someone for that car he let me know, on top of that they was asking me for $10,000 dollars I was in shock, since I entered the dealer I told them I have an approval and I want to see if they can help me and basically the used car manager only wants to take advantage of me and, when I left the dealer I saw a couple talking and they have situation similar to mine. I was very motivated, I found a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service from the seller but from the used car manager it was one of the worst experiences that happened in a dealer, I see that he only cared about money, he does not care about creating relationship, a unique experience for every customer.

Horrible Experience Attempting to Buy a Vehicle!

Reviewed by John Cherry in Venice, FLMay 01, 2021

Horrible experience in attempting to purchase a 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-T on 4/29/2021. I attempted to agree on a price on line, but was informed that I needed to come to the dealership and meet with a sales manager. When I informed the internet sales rep (Bri) that I wanted first right of refusal on this potential purchase, she informed me there were other appointments in front of mine for the following day, so I moved mine up to take the last appointment of that day at 7:30 pm, with the understanding that I would have priority to make the purchase. I then drove 3.5 hours from my home to this dealership, texting them enroute about my progress , and arriving just before 7:30 pm. Upon stating to the sales rep that greeted me that I was there for my appointment, I was informed that someone "had just walked in" and was looking at the car. I waited an hour while the the other couple inspected, test drove, and commenced purchasing this vehicle. During this time I talked several times the sales manager, Paul Rienzi, who informed me that he had read my multiple texts on this vehicle, knew I was enroute for an appointment--but the "walk in" had priority over me. I wanted to close the deal on line, but I was told that the manager would only sell me the vehicle in person at the dealership. I was required to drive an extended distance on short notice to be able to potentially purchase the vehicle. My impression of the "walk in" is that they had scheduled a later appointment, but were advised (with the concurrence of Mr. Rienzi) to move it up before mine if they wanted to buy the vehicle. If you have an expectation of fair treatment by a dealership, stay away from Headquarters Honda!
