Deceitful business practices.
Deceitful business practices. Not happy at all Your dealer tried to scam me into buying junk upholstery, paint and alloy wheels coverage I absolutely did not authorize or want. I had to confront your team about remedying this issue. You know exactly what your practices are and the fact I'm getting this annoying survey several times is even more frustrating. I will never deal with you again

I took my 2019 CRV in for work on October 30.
I took my 2019 CRV in for work on October 30. The service department showed me a pretty serious rodent infestation that required replacement of the hood insulation. They said they had to ordered. it. It's been three weeks and still no replacement. Try calling them! no one there answers the phone. Apparently, I'm going to drive there to be told nobody knows anything.

It was awesome.
It was awesome. People were very cooperative and helpful. Especially JJ. He was listening to me very patiently and answering to me very politely. Facilities were good and the staffs were well professional. The delivery was on time and paperwork was done very fast. Overall I would rate the experience as best so far for me . If I have to refer someone then it will be definitely schaller honda from my side.
