Very thorough in their assessment of my car and the battery issue known. One thing that can be improved upon is realistic timing to resolution. I was told '10 more minutes' a few times and it took 30 minutes plus. Being realistic allows for better planning for the customer and expectations. I get you want to be optimistic and positive but it's more frustrating when it's actually just being hopeful.

The service rep was great.
The service rep was great..but I was disappointed that one of my issues could not be addressed but there was no technician to look at electrical.
