What I appreciated most was his patience and persistence. My issue took a couple of days to pinpoint, and Greg stayed on top of it the entire time, keeping me informed and never making me feel like an inconvenience. Once the problem was identified, he worked quickly and efficiently to get the part I needed, even managing to secure it sooner than expected.
