I was vacationing in the area and encountered a problem with my 2014 Acura MDX. I dropped in and was greeted courteously, professionally, and kindly as they diagnosed and resolved my problem in short order. I was so pleased they worked me in and got me back on the road so quickly. I would recommend Paul and this service department to anyone.

Long story short, from the moment I walked through the door Eli West gave me his full attention and was determined to make me happy. Because of his knowledge and salesmanship I was surprised he was as young as he is. He knows what he's talking about, never promised me anything he couldn't deliver and took the time to get to know what my likes and dislikes really were. Red Rock should do whatever they can to keep him on board. He will do well for the dealership and succeed in anything he decides to do. I worked with some others as well as Eli. Vance, made me believe he could do magic and completed the deal. I'm sure he's got his kids convinced as well. Everyone is friendly, polite and whoever owns this dealership should be proud of the group they have taking care of business.

Apparently buzz don't know how to keep it strictly business... Messing with my relationship and was warned about this as a client of redrock I bought a vehicle. A few years back my girlfriend can't go in and be just helped with a xar.he is now messing with my relationship and life Go back to your.pwn wife and kids buzz she went in for a car not for you.. very unprofessional.
