Went in looking for an SUV. At Ashley's suggestion, I test drove the Ram 1500. Drive off the lot a few hours later with it. Was called to come back to dealer because they secured a much better rate than originally done. Chelsea and Ashley were wonderful.

Was lied to from jump. Purchased a 2018 GMC Yukon that had over 200,000 miles. When I looked at it there was a squeak coming from under the hood that was diagnosed by the mechanic and was told by my salesman, Brandon Kuiper, that it would be fixed. I also said that I wouldn't purchase this vehicle without a warranty. Sean Armienta, in finance, sold me an expensive warranty, telling me that it's because it's for high mileage vehicles. Squeak was never fixed and was told that now that I purchased it, it wouldn't be fixed. Went to use the warranty to get it fixed but was told 3 weeks after the sale that the warranty was void because of the mileage. Instead of fixing the situation, offering me a different warranty, the general manager, Tim Leon, reassured me that I would get my money back for the warranty. Not a warranty for the over 200,000 mile vehicle, but just my money back. Even though the sale was contingent upon receiving a warranty, they're not giving me one and not talking to me about canceling the sale. I read other reviews that talked about them not carrying about you once they got their money. Wish I would've listened and bought elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Great experience. I bought a Lincoln at a Honda dealership. They treated me well. No high pressure. Love my Lincoln
