We bought a brand new 2025 Honda Pilot from Mile High.
We bought a brand new 2025 Honda Pilot from Mile High. A few days past, and we discovered a scuff mark (Like someone hit something). It also appeared like someone tried to buff it out. I showed them photos of the damage (Including a photo of it still in their possession before we took it off the lot). I brought this to Mile High's attention and they asked me to bring it in so that they could take a look and have someone fix it.. After many attempts to fix the issue, I expressed my concern to the manager it wasn't to my satisfaction. The manager said he would email that day describing what we discussed, and that he would call me the following Monday to set up a time for their offsite detailer to look and fix it. Neither of those happen. I then reached out to Dave (General Manager) and told him what happen. We went back several times with hearing him tell me a bunch of crap that dust/debris, or power washers could have caused the damage. He also indicated it was a show room car....It was a show room car after it had 70miles on it from test drives. After the several times back and forth, he tells me I need my bumper to be repainted, and he is only willing to give $500. This isn't acceptable as I showed them the damage prior to taking it off the lot, and the fact they made an attempt to fix it. He claims their professional detailer worked on the car to get the scuff out. If you had a professional work on the damage, why does the bumper now need a full paint job. Stay away from this place!

Daut is a lousy communicator and does not explain the exorbitant price you have to pay for simple services cost twice. He lied to me about closing time and I was without my car for the weekend.

Very disorganized service department, tends to swindle
Very disorganized service department, tends to swindle and rip off customers. Simple services cost twice as much here as other Honda dealerships.
