They sent the original standard email out quickly but didnt respond when I asked for additional information. I also received an email from Armon, the sales manager, asking how my experience was with Amir and he too didn’t respond.

I just bought a new Honda Prologue and traded in my beloved Honda Type R—finally stepping into the electric world. Armon and Amir were amazing throughout the entire process. They were welcoming, professional, and made everything super easy. The transition from my trade-in to the new car was seamless. Even on a busy day, they got me in and out quickly and made sure I got a great deal. The car is exactly what I was looking for—inside and out. I absolutely love it. This dealership was extremely dishonest in its dealings. They advertised a $98 lease, which I confirmed over the phone before spending nearly an hour speaking with a salesperson named Ray. At no point did he mention key conditions that were hidden in the fine print. Only when I was ready to sign did he disclose additional requirements and suddenly ask for $270 instead. To make matters worse, the sales manager then attempted to pressure me into a completely different and misleading offer. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, they ran a credit check before being fully transparent, which negatively impacted my credit score and forced me to delay purchasing a vehicle elsewhere
