Over priced.
Over priced. I was shocked at the adds they had on the dealership cars. They told me company policy was adds to on all cars. It’s a bunch of markups that are not needed. Avoid this dealership! Go to another Honda dealer. Don’t pay MSRP and then bogus adds on top of after that. They offered me 1800.00 for a car they KBB’s for 9100 in fair condition. Avoid this dealership!

I called from out of state with interest in a car.
I called from out of state with interest in a car. The salesman said he would find out if they arrange shipping but make it seem like I could buy a car. He took a video of the car for me but then called and told me one of the salesmen had a friend who wanted it. Not sure why he had priority but wasn't too upset after he told me there was another very similar car with fewer miles. I told him I wanted the car and he again told me he'd find out how we could do it. But then he called me back and told me they couldn't sell a car to anybody who didn't come look at it in person, or at least somebody I knew could. I asked if I could put a deposit since my brother who lives 40 minutes awat couldn't come til the weekend (this was on Thursday). He said they don't take deposits. I asked them to help me buy the car, over 11000 cash, repeatedly telling them I wanted the car. He continued to tell me they wouldn't sell it to me if I, or maybe a relative, came to look in person first. I asked to speak to the manager and he put a man on the phone who didn't sound very professional and he said there was some law or something in California that made it risky for them to sell that way. I asked him to please let me put a deposit and he said he couldn't due to company policy. They just didn't want to sell the car to me....either one So, I repeated that I wanted the car and my brother was working on getting there. Early the next day I sent a message to tell them my brother was coming the next day. He replied that both cars sold. Not the courtesy to let me put a deposit, nor just simply by the car. No courtesy to let me know that somebody else was interested so that I could pressure my brother to get there faster. No desire to sell me the car and I don't know why. Maybe he didn't like my phone being from a conservative state. Maybe he didn't like women. Maybe he was just too lazy and didn't want to do the extra paperwork involved in selling a car out of state. Everywhere I look suggests that he absolutely could have sold me that car without me looking at it. I would simply sign an as is agreement. When I checked with another higher up person at the same establishment, they said that was not necessarily true that they couldn't sell the car to me without us looking at it in person. As I expected was true. Pretty ugly business. Extreme lack of professionalism. Very low desire to make and satisfy a customer. Shameful. Thanks for nothing. I've talked to many dealerships in California and most of them will do the shipping arrangement but none of them have ever had a problem with selling the car to somebody out of state as Norm Reeves did.

They evaluated my 2003 Honda Accord and came up with 13,000 dollars of completely unnecessary repairs! They lied and recommended repairs to items that were not damaged or in need of repairs. Highway robbery!
