Honda builds a solid car.
Honda builds a solid car. Very happy with Honda purchase.. The dealership sales personnel were great but the paperwork process was overly difficult and it didn’t need to be. We accepted the fixed price so that wasn’t an issue. Suggest getting an efficiency engineer to improve process. I was already prequalified for the loan through Chase bank. Why it took over 3 hours to get the documents is unclear. Nevertheless, we’re happy with our purchase and feel confident they will support our service needs.
