The prices are not as advertised, because they fail to mention all the extra they are adding to the vehicle price. Such as the paint protection wax and other items. It is almost like a bait and switch.

I purchased an Odyssey on August 2, 2024.
I purchased an Odyssey on August 2, 2024. When looking at various models it seemed that the Sport version was the best deal based on the difference of a couple thousand dollars. The salesman Giancarlo agreed. What he didn't tell me was all the add on extras weren't included. It would have been nice had he mentioned it because we were talking price with him, so he knew. The next day we eventually came to an agreed upon price. They talked us into getting the CarDoc and Multi Guard extras and that we had 60 days to try and cancel if we wanted. On September 20th I sent an email to Sean in finance that we wanted to cancel both. I didn't get a response, so I went in 5 days later and met with Sean. He said that it has been sent in. Went in today December 2, 2024 for the third time. They directed me to Edgar. He said what is your name and when I told his he said oh you have been emailing us. I said yes a number of times and you haven’t responded. He said I am sorry but gave no explanation. He then met with James the manager and then went to research the status of the refund and found out the refund has not been processed because they sent in one without a signature. So, for the last ten weeks they have been telling me that it has been processed but it hasn't been processed. Apparently they did not research to see where it was. They have ignored my emails and did not check on it even though they told me it would take 4 to 8weeks and it has been 10 weeks almost 11 and still waiting. What if I didn't come in today to follow-up again it would still be in limbo. This is so unprofessional. FYI, if you still plan on purchasing a car from them make sure you go over the contract in detail because they tend to change things around form what was discussed.
