Where are the donuts? Service was great but we were there almost 3 hours for a 3,000 mile checkup and we had a appointment. Sami took good care of us. We saw our car come out of service but it took a half hour before we got it. It just sat in the lot.

1. Poor customer service. 2. Unnecessary work performed during my 90,000 mile service. 3. The 100 month battery failed after 4 years. My research indicates that it lasts only 4 or 5 years. Total cost of new battery with Honda paying 50% was 155.32. 4. I was charged for three10 OZ. parts cleaners. Total used for cleaning parts 30 ozs.? What parts were cleaned?
