Shout out to Prathik! I came to Folsom Lake Honda last year. This young man went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. Highly professional and knowledgeable. To this day all I have to do is send him a text message and he responds right back. Prathik will answer all my questions even when he's not working!

I don't know about buying a car here, but if you need to have your vehicle serviced, avoid this this place for sure. I'd rather start wrenching on my own Honda after my experience there. Never have met less capable people then them. Also definitely not going stand behind their work. Smart money would be to go to almost any other mechanic shop you can find. That's what we are doing now. Don't wait till you are many $$$ in the hole like we are. Just go some where else.

Thomas Diefendorf was very helpful. He was patient through the process and not once did we feel repressured to buying when we were just looking around. We did end up buying a car thanks to Tom because at this point we had gain confidence and trust on him and at end of the day we walked out with the car oir daughter wanted at a reasonable price. Thank you Thomas for being such a great salesman.
