Thomas Diefendorf was very helpful. He was patient through the process and not once did we feel repressured to buying when we were just looking around. We did end up buying a car thanks to Tom because at this point we had gain confidence and trust on him and at end of the day we walked out with the car oir daughter wanted at a reasonable price. Thank you Thomas for being such a great salesman.

Daran was great.
Daran was great. However, I was trying to let them know before I bought the car. I needed Bluetooth and if I did buy it you could show me how to do it. Well after buying it and paying cash they tried to hook the Bluetooth up and it wouldn't work and nobody has called me back. It's been a week. It's bad business practice. A minor feature wasn't a lot of money but it kind of was. I have my own business for 50 years. I know all about it. I know if Darren could have done it he would have but the management no one's called me

I was looking specifically for a dealer certified Honda
I was looking specifically for a dealer certified Honda Passport and CarFax showed me that Folsom Lake Honda had several of these in stock. I drove to their facility and was greeted by Thomas Diefendorf. I drove three different Passports, one new 2025 with the Trailsport trim, one 2022 with Trailsport trim and one 2023 with Trailsport trim with the extra HPD package. I found that I liked the 2023 with the package. I was at first disappointed that since the cars were on a Black Friday sale they were listed with “No Haggle Pricing’ and I was unable to negotiate a lower price. I left the premises and later that night I was contacted by Thomas and was convinced to come back in the following day. Thomas brought in his manager, Tom Palombi and we worked out several concessions which included a great deal on a trailer hitch which I really wanted to add. Thomas Diefendorf and Tom Palombi worked with me to complete the sale to my utmost satisfaction. After the sale was completed and delivered, Thomas followed up by contacting me several times showing me that he was my advocate and even helped me to to resolve any issues or questions that I had on the vehicle. I highly recommend anyone coming to this dealer look him up. He is an awesome sales person.
