Last week, I took my other car to Poway Honda to be serviced. I did not have an appointment and it was late in the afternoon. I went directly and saw Al, my Service Advisor, and he quickly checked me in. As always, Al and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord and I was completely happy and satisfied with their work. Al is always extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things such as guacamole recipe and gourmet coffee. Al always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Al is simply OUTSTANDING! I waited over there and it took about an hour for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water and gourmet coffee are available. They also provide some good snacks. There is a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. Al texted me when the service was completed, reviewed the bill with me and also checked me out, very efficiently. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership to others.
