A couple things contributed to a painless car-buying process. One was using the CostCo Auto program which provided upfront pricing. The other was the Poway Honda sales consultant, Brian Mallow. Brian is very knowledgeable about the cars and features and was very patient explaining and re-explaining how to use the features. He was excellent providing updates through out the process while I was waiting for the car to arrive and following up now that I have the car. I highly recommend using the CostCo program and Poway Honda!
