I bought a Honda Pilot from here and have had to bring it in every month for a oil change. They wrecked my car and now they hang up on me

This location is the worst service!
This location is the worst service! It took me 4days to get a hold of someone because they don’t answer the phone. And then made an appointment for 4/30/2025 @10:15am and literally took over 3hours!!! This is unacceptable and terrible customer service! The R.O. # 466712 whoever services my car is not quick and reliable. This always happens when I come to this location. I told them I still need to go home to get ready for work and didn’t even care! Costing me time and money waiting! Never recommend this place ever!

Service department scheduling and follow up is terrible.
Service department scheduling and follow up is terrible. After scheduling appointment I waited 6 hours at the dealership for an oil change, after having an appointment! Will not be going back as the service desk staff seemed to care little about SERVICE.
