The dealership was very nice.
The dealership was very nice. Loved the improvements. The lobby was spacious. The kitchen area had great coffee and very clean. Enjoyed playing video games while waiting for our car. Everyone was friendly and ready to help.

Different from my past experience with Service.
Different from my past experience with Service. Previous to the last time I serviced my car there they provided Lyft to take me home and Lyft to bring me back to the service area. This time they could only take me there if it was within certain miles and I did not qualify this time. That was a turn off for me. It was suggested that I get dropped off at the maximum miles and walk to my house half a mile. This change in your policy was a turn off for me. I ended up requesting Lyft service to my daughter's home, which is closer to the Service area. This was inconvenient to me, but at least I had a place to go.
