I went in there for my 10000 miles service, Jonathan
I went in there for my 10000 miles service, Jonathan tried to sell me air filter, cabin filter, wheel alignment. After I declined all those services the communication stopped, he gave me the paperwork and told me when to pick up my car, and turn around and walked away. I had to chase him down to tell him other problems of my car

I initially requested transmission fluid to be changed.
I initially requested transmission fluid to be changed. Since the splash guard was going removed during this process. I requested for it , to be replaced. I still got charged 190.00 for labor to replace splash guard.
