Auto service: Juan, my service representative was cordial and helpful. Shuttle service to and work was a big help. More importantly, the work was quickly completed. Cost was competitive with other dealerships.

Arrived at dealership for service on ‘22 CRV. Service advisor did not offer a greeting and MOST IMPORTANTLY didn’t even identify himself. Service advisor could use refresher training on the first steps of greeting and ensuring identification during initial service visit consultation.
