We had some major work done on our 2017 Fit. Ricky Soto was our service advisor, and he was completely professional, very helpful, and provided us with exemplary customer service. 1) Terrible place, don't recommend any one to deal with them. Bought from them a used 2013 CR-V (80,000 miles) on 10/2018 and they were offering it with about $15,000 and he (the salesman, the scammer) have me paid in total cash about $22,000. It did NOT stop at this. One year later the AC completely failed!!! 2) Took that car for regular service on 8/3/2020. They "claimed" they did full inspections and asked me to do all their recommendations. I did everything they recommended. Just three weeks later (8/26/2020) the battery failed. I had to go to my wife's work, jumpstart it and bring it to them again. They installed a new battery and I fully paid for it. Then same stupid nonsense scenario happened again this year. Exact same. Serviced it (5/28/2021), then one month later (6/24/2021) the battery failed again!!!!!!!!!!!. Did same and took the car to them. The stupid incompetent service person there told me I have to leave the car there for a complete one day for them to inspect all electrical stuff to get the bottom of this issue. He held the car for THREE DAYS and was completely silent, not updating me and not responding to my calls, texts, and emails. Remember this is my wife's car, she couldn't do any of her business because of this crap. Then went there and met that manager after waiting for him for few hours. Talked to him in his office and he "appeared" understood my frustration and promised things will be improved in future. Yesterday (8/26/2021), wife couldn't start the car again and saw that stupid sign of failed battery. Unbelievable!!!. I jumpstarted it and left it running idle for about 3hours to recharge the battery. The sign went out after that. Today morning (8/27/2021) I went to the garage and tried to start it and found that failed battery sign is back. CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT!!!!! HOW CAN I GET RELEIFE FROM THIS CRAP??? I HAVE WORK TO DO. KIDS TO TAKE CARE. WIFE CAN'T GET TO HER WORK. ANY ADVICE PLEAEAEAEAEASSSSSEEEEEEEEE.

Dealership is ok. Service department is terrible. Expect to wait at least 2 hours just for an oil change, whether you have an appointment or not. It takes them 20 minutes just to have someone talk to you and check you in. And thats with online check in dome ahead of time even. I didn't realize I was gonna have to spend the entirety of my one day off at this place, just for the most basic service you could possibly perform on the car. Thanks chapman. What a joke.
