Mike Rutherford was so incredibly chauvinistic towards
Mike Rutherford was so incredibly chauvinistic towards me. He kept inferring that I was 'confused' when in reality he kept talking in circles trying to confuse me. All while this was happening my autistic daughter was screaming and crying in the car waiting to leave. Mike kept talking and wouldn't allow me to leave. Do not do business with this man if you are a woman. He will not respect you, or your knowledge of how to do business.

We went in for oil change.
We went in for oil change. Nobody would help! Told us to sit in the car and then go inside. Stood in front of person on phone for 15 minutes. Then I walked behind him asking for a manager. That's when he hung up. I had an appointment so I asked how long it would be, he said about 2.5 hours. I have a cane because of fractured knee cap and fused neck and 6 back surgeries. Thought someone might help. I think someone needs to overhaul the service department! There was no courtesy, definitely no organization or professionalism.
