We went in for oil change.
We went in for oil change. Nobody would help! Told us to sit in the car and then go inside. Stood in front of person on phone for 15 minutes. Then I walked behind him asking for a manager. That's when he hung up. I had an appointment so I asked how long it would be, he said about 2.5 hours. I have a cane because of fractured knee cap and fused neck and 6 back surgeries. Thought someone might help. I think someone needs to overhaul the service department! There was no courtesy, definitely no organization or professionalism.

Above and Beyond Service from Zachary at Honda Superstition Springs I recently had an outstanding experience at the Honda Superstition Springs dealership, all thanks to the incredible help from Zachary. I dropped by without an appointment, seeking only advice regarding a loose and crumbling weather seal on the body of my rear passenger door. I was prepared to schedule a repair or order the part, but Zachary immediately dropped what he was doing to assist me. He quickly assessed the issue and, to my surprise, found that they had the exact replacement seal in stock. After I purchased the part, Zachary went above and beyond by installing it for me right then and there. This level of quick, hands-on service was truly impressive. I have always taken both of my Hondas to this dealership for service and have consistently received great care, but Zachary's kindness and willingness to help immediately meant a lot.
