About 2 years ago. I bought a used 2018 lift Chevy Silverado from them. Cash money. And traded in my other vehicle. A year later. Turns out the transmission was bad. Took it back to them too see what they can do to fix it. I talked to the service manager EJ. After code reading the truck. Find out it needs a new transmission. He told me it’s nothing they can do about it because he doesn’t have a shop that kind of work in? And then offered me to buy a new car from them. I told him. “ Why would I buy a new vehicle from you” When I just got screwed out of 50 thousand dollars from you guys”. “Makes no sense “. I will never buy a car from them again. New or used. I thought all dealership did inspections on their vehicles. Too point out any potential problems. Clearly Honda doesn’t do that. Long story short. If dealing with them. Make sure you “PAY EXTRA “to get the extended warranty. On their vehicles. Because you will never know what you will get from them. Take your money somewhere else. They sell lemons. It’s more to the story but in short. I had a very bad experience with them
