Went in for my 5 year mate Nance and to change a fog
Went in for my 5 year mate Nance and to change a fog light that was broken. First ofcall,they called me to pick it up at closing, had to wait till next day after work to pick it up. When I payed for the service and got to my car, they hadn't even fixed the fog light and when asked why,they said they didn't even have record of me making the order for the light. Most unprofessional honda dealership I've ever been too. Won't be going back

BEWARE! Local Only Buyers welcome! Discriminatory
If you are looking for a new Honda or Acura and you do not live within 45 miles of Montgomery AL DO NOT BOTHER. This dealership has a self-imposed do not sell policy to buyers outside of their area. Our family has purchased 9 Honda's of which 1 Acura was purchased at this dealership years ago. The Dealer could not produce the 45 mile self imposed policy in writing nor advertises this policy on their website. In their defense, they claim they take care of local customers only; however, cars.com shows buyers from outside the self imposed 45 mile radius of Montgomery. Dishonest, unprofessional and misleading sales management staff. Beware!

Saturday morning I was given an out the door price on a Honda Ridgeline by a very nice salesperson. The manage was also involved in this quote. We were wanting to add a few accessories to the vehicle but had to wait until Monday when the part’s store opened to get prices on those. Saturday evening I received a call from the manager stating a mistake was made and needed to up the price 1,000 dollars. He said he had the only red Ridgeline in the state of Alabama and could just not let it go for that. We are an active duty military family which this manager was aware. This was also the second Honda dealership in the state of Alabama that made promises without delivering. We really wanted to buy from our home state. My husband and I understand the vehicle shortage right now but that will change. However, the consumer will not forget the way they were treated.
