Tameron Honda Eastern Shore

Sales manager, Morgan, is underhanded and unprofessional. My daughter and I went last night to Tameron Honda in Daphne to look at a vehicle she saw listed online. It took them 30 minutes to even find the vehicle on their lot. When they finally found it, she did a test drive and wanted to buy it. We talked numbers with the sales guy (who was a very nice guy) for 30 minutes. After going back and forth with Morgan, they finally decided on an out the door price. She made plans with the salesman to come back the next morning with her husband and pay cash. This morning, as they were on their way to the dealership, the sales manager, Morgan, called. He told her that he could NOT sell the vehicle for the price they negotiated LAST NIGHT, told her a different price several thousand dollars ABOVE what they negotiated the day prior, then tried to persuade her into financing the car (after she told him multiple times that they did NOT want to finance and were paying cash). He was condescending and rude when they spoke and had zero concern for the way he was treating his customer. This is NOT okay and NOT the way to conduct business. I would NEVER recommend this dealership and I hope no one else has to experience this kind of disappointment.

I was conned into going to tameron dodge by a sells representative saying that I was approved for the vehicle and all I needed is 2 proofs of income and my id. Well when I get there 2 hours away from where I live I was told they sold it and I didn't qualify for nothing else on that lot. I was then told that the sister company has more inventory and that I should go 30 minutes away to the tameron Honda dealership. So I got to the Honda dealership and sat there with 2 different sales people and was just left sitting at a desk that nobody returned to. So at closing time the financing guy Calvin said they had a couple vehicles on the lot he should be able to get me into. Well needless to say it's 4 days later and he never called me back even after leaving multiple messages. Just beware of this place a bunch of liers that will say any thing to get you there

I have purchased 5 new cars since 2014 from Tameron Honda. My salesman has always been Jay Donkel. Jay is a friendly, personable man who responds timely when contacted. He has always done what it takes to get me the model and color car with the features I wanted. When I moved to a neighboring state, I bought my last car from Jay and he had it delivered! I highly recommend Jay and Tameron without reservation
