Carlock Honda

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Both Carlock Automotice Group and Carlock Honda are he most poorly run business or car dealer I've seen in 40 years of new car buying. From the COO to the lot staff, they are the biggest collection of liars I have ever encountered. Both the GM and the Service Manager were fired during the three months of trying to get my new $45,000 truck to drive like a new truck-they never could fix the safety/driveability issues in 20 days in the service department and suggested I "go somewhere else" to fix their mess. Save yourself the trouble-you can get the same or better deal from a more reputable company anywhere in the Birmingham area-AVOID CARLOCK LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Sales Staff Including the General Manager(Jeff Hand) and Salesman Jack Lin went above and beyond in making me a customer. They were pleasant , courteous and professional in their negotiations with me. Overall very good buying experience. I'd like to note this is not my first rodeo, If all car purchasing transaction went like this, buying a new car would be better for all. I'm not easily persuaded, but I have to say I strongly recommend this dealership.

TERRIBLE! Some was going back and forth with me on a particular vehicle and trying to get me to come in, then she finallly admitted that they did not even have this vehicle. Bait and switch. BEWARE!
