worst ever
The worst experience ever in my life. Almost all their staff has walked out. Mismanagmement is an understatement. Bring a lawyer with you. Buyer beware!

Great Customer Service and Transparent pricing
I told a couple dealerships my story that I was going to buy used but realized I had enough to buy new. I went to Truecar.com, and got offers for 3 dealerships. King Honda was so transparent in their pricing that they sent a offer with none of the addons that the other dealerships put. They even got my sales tax right being from Lee County, Alabama and didnt double tax me. When I questioned the sales tax problem at other dealerships, i asked if I brought the Lee County taxes form if that would help. And they said it wouldnt because that is what it is in the computer for my address. Now the test drive was awesome, they let me test drive the car by myself and I could test the car out the way I wanted to. The car wasnt on E like other dealerships. This car had gas in it. Overall for someone that has been burned by car dealerships before, I seriously recommend this dealership.
