bought a used Jeep liberty. on the drive home, the check engine light came on, and i found that a headlight was out (and it somehow passed a NYS inspection). next day i discovered a muffler leak. brought it back for warranty repairs. the day i got it back the check engine light came on again. brought it back for repairs again. i could not get any communication from the service department as to when my car would be fixed. got it back, a week later the brakes locked up. towed back for repairs. got it back, a week later the brakes locked up again! towed back again for repairs. The dealer will not make ANY concessions for all of the issues. and now i am out of warranty and out of luck.

Set up an appointment to test drive. Car was sold and never called. Traveled 40 minutes. Just wanted to get us there to see if they could sell a different car. Bad practices, no courtesy, unethical.

Drivers village chevy are amazing people and they know what they are doing with my cars and they do the best work! I tell everyone to go there they do excellent work and there people at the desks are VERY helpful! I love driving in my car knowing it was in good hands at drivers village!!!!!
