Ordered a X5 M from Jose Zappa.

Ordered a X5 M from Jose Zappa. Delivered the car to my house even though I was having heart surgery in a few days. The car set for over a month. No instructions on the vehicle. He needed to make his commission for the month. I was told to drive it for 1200 miles and return to meet with the genius! Well at 800 miles I bumped into a handicap pole with NO warning from the car! They have it for 3 months yes months. They got my car on April 28.Never ever buy a car from this dealership. You will regret it.

Kamal, in the most positive way, is 100% nothing that you expect from a car salesperson. He is no pressure, no games, responsive, and courteous. He clearly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail and thoroughness is amazing. He test drove the vehicle before we arrived so he was familiar with it, drove it again after it was serviced- noticed an issue and had it fixed, and fully informed us about it. Though we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, he treated us as though we were buying a new top of the line vehicle. He made effort and took time to do all the little things that made this the Ultimate Car Buying Experience. While we were in the dealership, we observed him interacting with other clients, past and present, and he knew all of their names, the vehicles they had, and they all clearly enjoyed interacting with him. I cannot recommend BMW of Sterling, and specifically, Kamal more highly.

Horrible Customer Service & Lack of Follow Up

I began a search for a 2022 BMW X4M months ago on Car Gurus-contacted this dealership and put down a $1000 credit card charge-After 1 week of chasing them down and finally getting the paperwork for the $94K deal I saw to my astonishment that the 100K mileage extended warranty was not on the deal but a 75K mileage warranty was on the deal -I called and got the runaround saying that is not the case-I sent a complaint to the General Manager Mr Bibbo that was never answered-I told the Sales Manager as well as the Finance Manager that I was cancelling my deal and to cancel the Credit Card Charge-Now I get my Credit Card Statement-And Behold-There is the $1000 Charge-I have alerted my Credit Card Company and also called this dealership and left a VM to credit my account-No word Back Yet-I have been buying German Luxury Cars for over 25 years-Audi/MB AMG/BMW/Porsche-this was the worst experience I have Had -I have bought in KY/PA/AZ/CA all out of state purchases in the past with no issue-This Dealership is Horrible
