Very unprofessional… they lie and play games.
Very unprofessional… they lie and play games. All I’m trying to do is buy a car… they give very low low amounts for your trade. Know your value of your car before you trade in here they will try and take advantage…… I highly do not recommend they are complete Liars and unprofessional…..trust me

We have been coming to this dealership for years.
We have been coming to this dealership for years. We upgraded to a X7 after our lease was up for X5. The entire experience was seamless the minute we walked into the door [with no appointment by the way]. James greeted us and worked with us until we drove off with the new X7. Will obviously be back!

Nightmare Experience – A Complete Failure by BMW
Nightmare Experience – A Complete Failure by BMW Fairfax We had an unbelievably bad experience with BMW Fairfax that turned what should’ve been a joyful car purchase into an ongoing nightmare. If you care at all about honesty, accountability, and basic customer service—stay far away from this dealership. We bought a Hyundai Palisade from BMW Fairfax, and everything seemed fine during the test drive. But on the day we picked up the car—after full payment—we noticed the rear seat handle was missing, even though it had been there when we first saw the vehicle. We pointed it out immediately, but the dealership refused to replace it. Exhausted by the process and short on time, we decided to just purchase the missing part ourselves and have it installed. Unfortunately, that turned out to be just the beginning. Before taking the car on an international trip with our small children, we brought it to a trusted mechanic to ensure it was safe for long-distance travel. That’s when we got devastating news: the vehicle had significant transmission issues. We were shocked. We brought the car back to BMW Fairfax immediately, and after constant back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to take it to a Hyundai dealership for diagnosis. But here’s the kicker: they just left the car there. Two days later, we had to call Hyundai ourselves—only to find out that no one had even touched the vehicle, and a diagnostic test hadn’t even been started. We were running out of time, and they knew it. To make matters worse, BMW Fairfax took the car from us without offering a loaner, leaving us scrambling. We had to pay out of pocket to rent a car, all while waiting in limbo with no updates and no resolution. Throughout this process, we were assigned a salesperson named Qais, who was non-responsive, dismissive, and condescending. He didn’t return emails, didn’t take our concerns seriously, and even took a personal day during the most critical window of this situation—leaving us high and dry. We shared a professional diagnostic report with BMW Fairfax showing the transmission problem, but they still refused to make it right. There is absolutely no way they didn’t know about this issue when they sold the car. Whether through negligence or deception, they handed us a broken vehicle and walked away from responsibility. This was not just a bad experience—it was a betrayal of trust. DO NOT trust BMW Fairfax. They will smile during the sale, then disappear when things go wrong. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the heartache—go somewhere else.

Mounir Najwa, We’re disappointed to see your review shared across multiple platforms and would like to address and clarify some key details. When you informed us that you were preparing for a trip to Canada and had taken your vehicle to Craftsman Auto Repair, you relayed that their mechanic suggested serious issues including a torque converter, transmission, or differential replacement. In response, we took immediate action: our Shop Foreman personally inspected the vehicle, found no drivability concerns or warning indicators, and then transported the vehicle to Hyundai of Fairfax for a second, unbiased opinion. Both BMW of Fairfax and Hyundai’s Master Certified Technicians confirmed that No check engine lights or warning codes were present, if there were a true fault with the transmission, torque converter, or differential, the vehicle’s onboard diagnostic system would reflect it and no issues were identified by either team after thorough inspection. We also provided you with the repair order confirming the service your mechanic claimed had not been performed. This was clearly a case of your independent mechanic significantly overstating concerns, potentially recommending unnecessary repairs. Two certified service departments, ours and Hyundai’s, reached the same conclusion and shared that with you directly. It’s unfortunate that despite our consistent communication, our willingness to assist beyond the terms of your as-is purchase, and our transparent handling of your concern, you've chosen to post a review that misrepresents the facts. While you may trust your independent repair shop, we stand behind the expertise and integrity of our Master Certified Technicians and we respectfully disagree with your assessment. We are a reputable dealership that takes pride in standing behind the vehicles we sell and more importantly, in supporting our customers when challenges arise. We do not leave people stranded when something goes wrong with a used car. In fact, we often go above and beyond what’s contractually required to help, as we did in this case. To have that effort met with accusations of incompetence is deeply disappointing and simply not reflective of how we operate. We always strive to assist our clients with fairness, professionalism, and transparency, and we regret that our efforts were misrepresented.
