I was in communication with Dustin whom I believe to be a sales Rep at the dealership. We were in full comm regarding a used vehicle which he had provided me this requested information (pictures, specs, possible interest rates etc.) . I explained that I wanted to place a substantial amount down on the vehicle. I arrive at the dealership to engage in the purchase only to be told that the vehicle had been sold on that same day, with absolutely no indication to me. I reached back to Dustin who explained that he was not in the office and that his manager failed to inform him of the sale and had not returned his calls. I understand and respect the fact that business is business, however better communication would have certainly saved me a trip to their dealership.

Salea represtative Roy was super friendly, attentive and professional through out the buying process . He expalined my options clearly which helped make an informed decision. He made sure everything I asked was done in a timely manner!

This is my first BMW purchase. I must say that Jeff Rodriguez provided excellent customer service. I was truly impressed and would definitely recommend my friends and family members to go there. Jeff is very knowledgeable, patient, found the car that I wanted and made sure he delivered.
