This dealership is always clean! The service department (Ms. Esmirna) and loaner department (Courtney) was very helpful in getting me the help I needed while my car was being repaired. I arrived while they were preparing for their holiday party and Ms. Esmirna was very professional and completed my ticket.

My experience with BMW of Alexandria has been great! Of the times I have been there all of them have been last minute emergency situations in relation to my vehicle. The dealer has always been accommodating and made every effort to get me the best price and also provide me with loaner cars. Esmirna Romero It’s always provided exemplary customer service, and facilitating my needs as well as my vehicles needs. Definitely would recommend this dealer over others in the DMV area.
