First of all - LUIS - my service provider is the best!
First of all - LUIS - my service provider is the best! He’s thorough and communicative and always makes me feel like a priority. I don’t know a lot about cars and he helps me understand (as much as possible) and seems to take a personal stake in the livelihood of my vehicle. The supporting staff is also extremely friendly and courteous. Scheduling is a breeze. And my vehicle is in great condition! The location is an easy in and out and comfortable for waiting. I’ve moved out of the Clear Lake area and pass by two other BMW dealerships to come back to THIS ONE for service. (Momentum is ok. West is fraudulent!) Luis and his team are THE BEST!
