Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle last week in a straight cash deal....HORRIBLE experience. "Staff" were not professional and very inexperienced. They added almost $2k in additional fees for "vehicle engraving of security information" , "permaguard" and another odd item. When I challenged the fees and asked about them I was told I "had" to let them explain all 3 "before I could ask questions." Really?! Really!! I told Erica "thank you" and hung up. Upon speaking with a "manager" he told me if they were deal breakers he'd "remove" them. He then told ne that was my "discount" as I tried to offer a price so I could wire funds. Again.. a big NO Thank you!" Hung up. This is why dealers EARN their sleazy reputation.
