Totally surprised! The purchase experience was far better than I've had in my past car-purchasing experience and the sales and service representatives (Desmond and Adam) were absolutely perfect on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! BMW Roadside Assistance swiftly responded and provided a flat bed to transport my BMW to the dealer for emergency service on my tire. My Service Advisor, Justin, was on top of it and quick to take action. I like working with Justin because he communicates clearly and regularly, there are no surprises, and he is very proactive with preventative service as well as supporting with emergency service when needed, like with a flat tire. Justin's service is exemplary. Moreover, the technicians were able to quickly turn around my BMW so I had only a nominal wait. Service and quality are very important to me and the technicians at BMW North, along with my service technician Justin, always exceed my expectations.
