Almost Two Hours for a Tire Change and Car Wash

The car wash was done by hand and was significantly better than the car wash I get at my local BMW dealership. Hats off to the car washing crew.
That said, it shouldn’t take almost two hours to get a car wash and tire change. I had an appointment, so the tire was waiting for me when I arrived. The service advisor that secured my tire and set up my appointment was great and communicated well.
Here’s the interesting part: I noticed my service advisor (not the one that scheduled the appointment) wasn’t around much as I was waiting. I walked over towards the drop off/pickup area and saw my car ready for me. Note sure how long it was there. Since my advisor was nowhere in sight I walked up to the desk, picked up my keys and drove off without anyone noticing.
So either it took a really long time to change my tire or my car was ready for a long time without anyone apprising me. either way, BMW never handed off the keys to me and I drove away without anyone noticing. Disconcerting, to say the least.

I blew out a tire driving through Beaumont and went to BMW of Beaumont to get it replace. Taylor was my service advisor and he quickly had the tire replaced and on my way. He checked in with me frequently with status updates and to ask if I needed anything.
