The service advisor was professional and Communication was clear. I was kept informed of what was going on with the repairs and the warranty company. I appreciated having a loaner throughout the entire time my car was being repaired since it took longer than expected

My daughter’s BMW engine overheated, so she had her BMW
My daughter’s BMW engine overheated, so she had her BMW towed to Arlington to get the engine replaced. My warranty paid them the money. They had it over 10 weeks and they had to put 2 engines in it because the 1st one had water in it. So the second one was put in and she went and picked it up and on the way home it overheated. Well they were closed of course when this happened. So she was stranded in a convenience store. In the time they had her car, they never offered her a loaner car. Now her car is in a parking lot broke down. This dealership is a joke. Especially for a BMW dealer. You expect more from a luxury car dealership, but not this one.
