Terrible dealer!

Terrible dealer! I made a deal on a CPO X5 and then drove 2.5 hours to the dealer. After test driving and asking multiple times about the warranty, we agreed on a price, they wrote it up, and we both signed it. They then came back and said it was not CPO. It had been on the lot for several weeks. They said it would take several more weeks to get it CPO. It was on their site and Cars.com as CPO. When I got there, the front tires were in terrible shape and I was told they had replaced the rear rotors and brakes yet they would not produce the paperwork where it had been done. I wasted time and gas after I was assured it was CPO. Shady dealer. Classless. Not what I expect from a BMW dealer!

Courteous and Patient Salesman!

I would give Five Star a top rating mainly because of our salesman Kendrick Goodman! He did all he could to make our purchasing experience as pleasant as possible in these substandard buying conditions! Kendrick was courteous and always patient! However dealing with Financial manager John , he was definitely not satisfactory! He told us that any repairs we would experience would be very expensive and was rude! He emphatically contradicted a point our salesman told us without any proof. If he had been our first point of contact at this dealership we certainly would not have purchasers our vehicle here!!

Excellent service.

Our 1999 BMW has been named "the black pearl" since purchase. As one can tell she is my baby; therefore, I carried her to the best dealership that I know. The customer service was excellent. Mr. Jesse Warren helped us in every way suggesting how to keep it in top notch condition. I plan to keep her as long as she and I can make it. Thanks to a great crew with answers immediately and service that was excellent.
