Rick Hendrick facility was a fantastic experiencing, preowned director Jim Story and our salesman John Fulp couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable, our X2 was ready for delivery and looked beautiful and they gave us a great deal for our trade in, the staff took care of every detail of our purchase. Business manager Andrew Lowry took care our of our financial end of the purchase and gave us all our options to assist in our hassle free purchase, BMW Genius Ahly Simera explained the operation of all the systems in our X2 and made sure if there were any further questions we could always call or come in for assistance. We will definitely be back for our next BMW!

Very smooth. Car was purchased via the internet. Minimal text exchanges about the price and features. Once a price was agreed upon a deposit was placed and the car was ready for pickup the next day.
