First time customer, the communication has been challenging. Our leased car went back to the dealership within 24 hours after realizing that it was never cleaned. Then, one of the sensors was dislodged from the rear of the car and it sat in service for nearly 2 1/2 weeks with poor information being provided. I showed up unannounced to speak with the GM to discuss these problems and Kevin was at least apologetic and receptive. As it turned out, the car had been ready, but I was never notified, even after having received a text from service within 48 hours saying that the part and its shipping information were still unknown.
