Wonderful Experience
I recently purchased a 2018 BMW 530e eDrive iPerformance from Laurel BMW. I have nothing but good things to say. My sales experience with my salesman, Earl, and Beth from finance was wonderful. They made me feel welcome in the dealership and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and requests. Their service accommodations are spectacular. Exceptional! Not pushy! Wonderful Experience
Made it back to Cincinnati and had a blast driving my new 535i. Fantastic car! Thanks for taking the time to show me all the features of my vehicle and a solid deal. I have had many cars over the years and I must say this was the best experience I have had. Ben Kamnikar was exceptional! He went out of his way make certain I knew everything about my BMW. I love getting a new car but hate the pushiness and hassle that goes with it. This is why I drove the 6 hours one way to Johnstown, PA (I have a local BMW dealer but they do not know how to treat customers!). In my experience, car salesmen rarely know the product they are selling and focus more into selling you extra services. Laurel BMW and salesman Ben Kamnikar are the exception!
