I had the pleasure of working with Tim. He was extremely knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured the slightest bit. Tim was very respectful and professional and was able to help me make the right decision. When JT came down to working the numbers and signing papers Brian was awesome. He explained everything in detail and made it very easy to understand. I will absolutely be doing business with BMW of Allentown in the future and hopefully I get the pleasure of working with Tim again.

The experience was great, Justin made the buying process easy. Luis makes service a breeze, and Hallie is awesome. I had a minor tech issue I couldn't figure out but she was able to walk me right through it.

No pressure, great price. My salesperson, Beth was there from start to finish explaining everything. She followed up after the sale and is there for any questions about the vehicle. GM Chris, was involved is the negotiating process as well and we were able to work together in a professional and friendly manner to get to “yes”.
