A very bad experience.
A very bad experience. I was sent a special in the mail for brake service for around $290. By the time they finished it cost me over $700. The worst part was that I asked them to rotate the tires which have been a simple procedure since they were doing the brakes anyway. They wanted to charge me an extra $60 just to rotate the tires. Needless to say, I will never go back there for service or another car. Nor will I recommend them to anyone; in fact, just the opposite.

Buyer beware .
Buyer beware . Being from Pennsylvania . My 2024 440 I convertible with 15500 mi at purchase in August 2025 barely passed tread wear in the rear tires @ 2/32 with the front tires @ 6/32 of an inch. Otherwise no complaints. But I have to get new tires with less than 6 weeks of ownership. The dealership should have known!!
