Eric Robare - the sales manager - harassed me via email because I wouldn’t pay $800 /month for a BMW 5 series lease. He kept sending me emails about why I would pay $500/month with another dealer instead of $800 with him. Not a very good way to sell a car. Very unprofessional. He sent me many emails mocking and harassing me. Stay away.

I have owned BMW's since 1984 and when I moved to Columbus I dealt with MAG. I switched from MAG to Kelly BMW for service and have never been more pleased with a service dept. Gordon Rhea and the entire service team do everything they can to make the experience a pleasant and positive one. Whatever service is required is explained in detail and typically a loaner car is available. To me, Gordon Rhea is Kelly BMW. He is a great asset to a great company.

I was greeted by the sales manager, Eric Robard as all of the regular sales staff were with other clients. He created a very positive first impression of the dealership. Eric did refer me to an advisor for my next vvisit. My auto advisor, Bill Reifstick was friendly, patient, knowledgeble, and provided necessary details. I took 3 test drives before finalizing my decision. He was never condescending and was alway helpful. I liked the perk of free hand car washes as long as you own the car. While waiting for my car to be cleaned, I spoke with another customer who had been having her car washed regularly since she bought it in 2004. All service techs were extremely polite and helpful.
