Really great sales person Shaun Sweeney. He was so nice and helpful. Manager thanked me for business as well and Shaun introduced me to staff including the repair manager.

A/C wasn’t blowing cold. Car is 6 years old, but has only 42k miles. Out of warranty. $1205 to fix A/C.
After all the diagnostics, they told me we needed $7300 in repairs in total. When I questioned the service manager, he insisted all repairs were necessary. Each part “needed” was 2x the online price, and labor was exhorbitantly high because it was in a “hard to reach” spot.
He mansplained it to me. Then, he said if we failed to replace these parts, the next repair bill would be 2-3x higher. No offer for BMW to stand behind their product. We’ve never had to do similar repairs on our other BMWs.
I’m appalled that someone would treat anyone in this way. I felt he was disrespectful and trying to use fear to “sell” unnecessary repairs.
We have 3 BMWs. Will be seeking out a new repair shop for them all. Oh, and although we chose not to have the A/C service done, the car is now blowing cold air. I question their integrity and am not likely to trust them again.

Couldn't have asked for a better overall experience for buying a BMW. Brad Schultz, my client advisor, was beyond outstanding. He was highly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and gave clear, transparent answers to any questions I had. He truly went above and beyond. It was my first BMW purchase, along with my first Certified Pre-Owned experience. The drive from Cleveland, Ohio wasn't short, but I'd gladly make the 3-hour trip again to do business with BMW of Cincinnati North. Outstanding.
